Brand Name: Ultra Fix
Usually applied by brush or by roller coater. Spread the adhesive on both surface previously roughed. Let it dry for at least 20min, then put the two parts together and press. For sole attaching suitable pressing systems are used, the pressing time is usually around 12 sec.
With the use of porous materials, two coats of Ultra Fix are often suggested.
Working at low room temperature or waiting longer than Open time, it is generally necessary to warm up a little bit the materials in order to get surface tacky again.
Final bond strength is reached after at least two days.
